Player Rules:

1. No Prop killing/pushing. This means throwing a prop at someone and killing them/pushing them around. Simple.


2. No Prop climbing/surfing. This means using a prop as a ramp to get into somebody's base or on top of a ledge. Building stairs (permanent) don't count.


3. No Prop blocking. It sucks, but people have to be able to break into your base/house. Don't block off anything with a prop without putting a keypad/button with it. Blocking the spawn will result in a instant perma ban. You are allowed to have fake keypads, but don't go overboard. You're also allowed to block off all entrances but one. Just don't make it unfair. Use good judgement.


4. No Prop spamming. Spawning lots of props everywhere that have no real purpose is spamming. You know you're doing it, it lags the server, and pisses us off. Don't do it, or we'll rape the hell outta your perma ban.


5. No RDM'ing. RDM means Random Deathmatch. In other words, it's random killing. If you're going to kill somebody, you have to have a legitimate reason (ex. "He broke into my house"). This will also result in a perma ban.
> If you're a hitman, be sure to have your client /write you a note. Failure to provide a note will result in your doom.
> If you're a terrorist, you are allowed to kill only cops, spiderman, mayor and military. It's okay once in a while if some civilians get caught in the crossfire, so long as at least one cop gets killed. Also, don't over do it. If it's to the point where you're almost spawn-camping… it's too much.


6. Do your job. Cooks are suppose to cook food, Hobos are suppose to beg for money, etc. Never abuse, or we'll rape you. This also means that you're not allowed to switch to gun dealer, buy a gun, then switch back to your real desired job. For more information about specific job rules, look to the bottom of the motd.


7. Follow NLR. NLR stands for "New Life Rule". That means if you do get killed, no matter what job you are (even CP's), you forget what happened and move on.
> No revenge killing/arresting. If you were RDM'ed, tell an admin. Don't start an RDM fest. However, if some terrorist keeps killing you, and you don't really have a chance to do anything about it, also let an admin know.
> After you die, you are not allowed to return to the place of your death (or anywhere near it) for at least THREE minutes. This gives theives a chance to steal your stuff.


8. Respect the Admins. Admins have authority over you. Deal with it. If you don't like something, it's most likely your fault. Don't talk back, don't swear at them, don't give them reasons to dominate you. If you have a problem with someone, seek out assistance from an admin of higher rank. That being said, lower admins should obey higher admins. Owners > Level 4 > Super Admins > Admins > Players.


9. Rape Time. Every so often, admin's will get PMS'ed. It happens. ONLY LEVEL 4 ADMINS announce Rape Time, and when we do, everyone is allowed to RDM each other briefly. But when Rape Time is over, knock it off... back to RP. Don't like it? Tough bananas.


10. QQ. Basically, it means excessive faggot complaining. If you are constantly complaining and whining about something, we'll not only kick you, but ragdoll you before you go. By whining like a little cunt, you're authorizing admins to blow your head off.


11. Kidnapping Bacon. Try it, we dare you.


12. Default law for guns are: Pistols and Knifes are legal, everything else is illegal. The Mayor can change this law but untill a Mayor does change it thats how it is.

Any players not following these rules will be banned without warning!

Admin Rules:

Wow cool! Thanks for donating! So now you've got these cool admin abilities that you want to try out! Woah! Slow down, though. You have rules to follow, too, you know...

1.First things, first:
Just because you paid for admin, doesn't mean that you're exempt from loosing it. If you're a faggot and don't follow these rules, you can lose your admin privilages.

2.Useful Admin Console Commands
- “+ASS_menu” will bring up the main admin menu.
- “+spectatemenu” will bring up a menu that allows you to watch people without their knowledge.
- “playerid” will tell you everyone's RP names and Steam ID's.
- “status” will tell you everyone's Seam names and Steam ID's.
- “moneycheck” will tell you how much money everyone has.

3.Kicking
- Use Kicks as a “warning”, except in extreme cases.
- If you think somebody should be banned, then notify a Level 4 admin, or post in the Bans forum.
- Use intelligent judgement, be sure to investigate a situation before kicking.

4.“Raping” somebody
Sometimes people are just annoying. In that case, just kill (“rape” as we call it) them and tell them to stop. But don't start an RDM-fest.

5.Spawning
- Don't give/spawn people anything.
- Don't spawn yourself weapons, unless using them for a legitimate admin-related function (like raping someone)
- Don't spawn drugs
- Do NOT spawn/use explosives excessively, if at all.
- Don't spawn anything

6.Don't Freak Out
Believe it or not, it happens. Don't spawn yourself a weapon and just go around killing everyone. This will get your admin removed promptly. However, there are times when you simply HAVE to dominate someone, due to their idiotic behavior. Just make sure you have control.

7.God Mode
Don't use God Mode (in the ASSmod menu) unless if you have a legit reason. You should only be using this while in the Admin job.

8.Physics Gun
When you get admin, your physics gun will now move other people's props, as well as the players themselves. Don't abuse this... ever, or you'll lose your admin privileges.

9.Don't “Ragdoll” Somebody
...unless if you intend for them to leave. Ragdolling somebody screws up their physics, as well as how they walk, jump, etc. They'll have to rejoin the server to fix it. It has also been known to cause some lag.

10.Remember that this is RP
Unless if you're just spectating, or being an on-duty admin, you should be playing. This means playing by the book.
- Follow specific job rules (below), don't abuse, follow all server rules for normal players, too.
- Don't no-clip around all the time (explained below)
- Use good judgement, and don't be an idiot.
- Try to keep the gameplay as fair as possible.

11.No-Clip
When to use no-clip
- Investigating a quick complaint (don't have to be in Admin job)
- Investigating anything while in Admin job
- Building (one of the perks for being admin)
When to not use no-clip
- Recreational travels around the map
- Stupid reasons
- Non-RP reasons
- Getting in or out your house
(Basically, just use good judgement. We don't want to see people just flying around for no reason)

12.Rape-time
Don't call for a rape time until you know what it is and how to properly use it. ONLY LEVEL 4 ADMINS CAN CALL RAPE TIME.

13.Obey your superiors & respect each other
- Treat someone the same way you want to be treated, with respect.
- If someone of higher authority tells you to do something, do it.
- Even though admins that have the same rank as you technically don't have any influence over you, it's best to listen to what seasoned admins have to say, as they have far more experience than you.
- Don't argue with each other. We're all a team! :D

14.Do not touch any of the cvars, variables in the RP admin menu, ASSMod settings, FPP Settings, or any other settings. (unless you know what you're doing)

Job-specific Rules

Citizen. Your role in life is to get a job.
Police. Can arrest people on sight for having an illegal weapon out. Can kill terrrorists on sight for having an illegal weapon out.
Mob Boss. You can not order your gangsters to break the rules. You can, however, order them to take on the role of the theif & any rules associated.
Gun Dealer. You can not buy guns and switch back to your preferred class.
CP Chief. You may act as mayor until there is one.
Mayor. You can make 5 extra laws, excluding the gun law, which you can always change.
Hobo. Throwing bug bait is considered an arrestable offense. Throwing it at admins constantly will result in your doom.
Theif. You are allowed to kill the person you're trying to rob from. They are not allowed to come back within 3-minutes of their death. You are not allowed to keep attacking the same person over and over.
Spiderman. You are not allowed to distribute your spidey gun to yourself (via job change) or anyone else.
Fireman. Spamming your fire extinguisher will result in your doom.
Hitman. Your client must give you a note.
Terrorist. You are allowed to kill only cops, spiderman, mayor and military. It's okay once in a while if some civilians get caught in the crossfire, so long as at least one cop gets killed. Also, don't over do it. If it's to the point where you're almost spawn-camping… it's too much.
Pet. Jump-killing is considered RDM. Making loud obnoxious noises constantly is considered mic spam.
